 Charge/Mission
A committee of SGC (members identified by position) that oversees campus Master Plan Implementation and makes recommendations on all inter-project Prop A/AA issues, including overall budget, prioritizations, etc.

 Committee Structure
Reports to the Shared Governance Council.

 Meeting Schedule

Second Monday of each month during the academic year.
  		 

 Reports & Data Analysis
Academic, Career/Tech and Basic Skills Enrollment, FTES, FTEF and Section Counts
Provides 3 year trends for all Credit and Non-credit courses, with drill down from the District to the course level.
